An apprenticeship at Obermoser

We place great importance on our apprentices

Obermoser has a long tradition of providing high-quality apprenticeship training. It is rare for an apprentice to have the opportunity to undertake such a wide-ranging training programme. From welding, turning, milling and punching, through to working with molten metals, acids and alkalis, maintenance work, dismantling and reassembly, right through to customs clearance, import and export procedures, English and many other languages – Obermoser covers it all.

At Obermoser, we place great emphasis not only on education and practical experience, but also on integration and personal development. We make no distinction between men and women; we focus on ability, attitude, commitment and a sense of duty. For generations, we have been a good and reliable employer, with a reputation for honouring our word.

We pass on the knowledge we have built up over generations to the younger generation, take on board their fresh ideas and support them in putting these into practice. We do our very best to provide our apprentices with the best possible training, because we are proud of our apprentices and our apprentices can be proud to be part of the Obermoser family.
